JCK Ventures LLC is a Limited Liability Corporation incorporated in the State of Wyoming and which is wholly owned by Salil Chitre, Amit Joshi and PK. 

 

Capt. Salil Chitre has an extensive history in shipping. After sailing as a Master on all kinds of merchant ships, he obtained a MSc in transportation Management from SUNY Maritime. He has worked extensively with ship operators, commodity traders, shipbrokers, ship agents, dock workers, surveyors and as a business development executive for a maritime software company. He is well versed in all aspects of commercial shipping as a shipowner, charterer and shipbroker and has handled all kinds of commodities across both wet and dry tonnages.  

 

Amit Joshi headed content transformation for S&P’s Market Intelligence division and prior to that was the CTO for the Network and Regulatory Solutions business line within the division. He has over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry dealing with the design, architecture, delivery and operations of complex platforms and solutions. He has worked on cloud transformation and building next generation services. Amit previously led the technology for Markit Trade Manager, Loans Settlement, Markit Document Exchange. He was an undergraduate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, did graduate work at Princeton University in Aerospace, and an MBA in Finance from Stern School of Business, NYU.  

 

PK has worked with Deep Learning AI models and Computer Vision in Industrial automation scenarios. He is deeply familiar with managing Data and AI pipelines to provide SaaS solutions for large deployments and providing real-time business value and analytics to end-customers.  He has over 25yrs experience in Technology, Marketing and Strategic Leadership roles. He holds an MTech from IIT Roorkee and an MBA from Cornell University.
